In a dramatic showdown that came down to the final hole, YouTube golf sensation Ryan Ruffles has punched his ticket to the PGA Tour's oneFlight Myrtle Beach Classic. The Lads channel star edged out fellow content creator Grant Horvat in The Q Finale at Pawleys Plantation in Myrtle Beach, delivering a performance that had fans on the edge of their seats.

"This is really cool—to have some of the best golfers on YouTube out here competing. Any one of us could have won, and Grant made a great run at it today," Ruffles said during his victory speech. "What an opportunity as a YouTube creator to play in a PGA Tour event."

The four-player stroke play event saw Ruffles card a one-under-par round on the second day, erasing a two-shot deficit with just three holes to play. While Horvat held steady at two under par, Ruffles caught fire when it mattered most, sinking a 20-plus-foot birdie putt on the 16th hole to apply serious pressure.

"I don't want to be in a cart with this guy! What the heck!" Horvat joked as Ruffles mounted his charge.

The pivotal moment came on the 158-yard par-three 17th, where water guards the green. Ruffles calmly found the putting surface and made par, while Horvat's tee shot strayed right. A tricky chip slid past the hole, and the ensuing 12-foot par putt just wouldn't drop. When Ruffles' par putt circled the cup and fell in, the two were tied heading to the 18th.

"I don't want to say it, but then there were two—maybe," Ruffles quipped to Horvat as they drove away from the 17th tee box. "One and a half holes to play. I am one under, and you are two under."

The victory marks a watershed moment for the growing intersection of golf content creation and professional competition. Ruffles now joins an elite group of YouTube golfers who have earned the chance to test their skills against the world's best on the PGA Tour stage.
