The dust has settled on the transfer portal for women's basketball. Oklahoma State, UCLA, Ole Miss and Arizona State brought in impressive classes.

The transfer portal for women's college basketball has officially closed, and the dust has settled on one of the most active recruiting seasons in recent memory. With most of the nation's top 100 players having locked in their new destinations, it's time to break down which programs emerged as the clear winners in the portal game.

While it's impossible to predict exactly how these new additions will mesh with their teammates, adjust to different conferences, or adapt to fresh coaching styles, the rosters speak for themselves. Based on past performances and the unmistakable buzz coming from coaches on social media, a few teams have clearly set themselves up for something special next season.

"Grateful for players that believed in a vision and that had the courage to blaze their own path," Oklahoma State coach Jacie Hoyt shared on X. "Grateful for a staff that worked tirelessly to make it happen."

"When the staff gets it right in the portal and in the freshman class… Proud of our program," Arizona State coach Molly Miller echoed. "The work is the reward."

Here are the top 15 portal class rankings for women's college basketball, starting with the teams that truly knocked it out of the park.

1. Oklahoma State Cowgirls
Key additions: Audi Crooks (Iowa State), Liv McGill (Florida), Ellie Brueggemann (Lindenwood), Nènè Ndiaye (Rutgers)

It's hard to argue that any team had a more impressive haul than Jacie Hoyt's Cowgirls. Landing the nation's second-leading scorer in Crooks is a massive win, but the class doesn't stop there. McGill brings dynamic guard play, Brueggemann is a sharpshooting deep threat, and Ndiaye adds versatile forward depth. Oklahoma State also bolstered their backcourt with former Baylor guard Yuting Deng, Utah guard LA Sneed, and Missouri State guard Zoe Canfield. Pairing all these new weapons with returning All-Big 12 selection Stailee Heard, the Cowgirls look like a team capable of making a deep March run.

2. UCLA Bruins
Key additions: Addy Brown (Iowa State), Elina Aarnisalo (North Carolina), Donovyn Hunter (TCU), Bonnie Deas (Arkansas)

After winning the national championship, UCLA saw their top six players head to the WNBA, leaving a roster that looked thin beyond Sienna Betts. But head coach Cori Close and her staff wasted no time reloading. The Bruins brought in a mix of proven scorers and versatile defenders, ensuring that the defending champions won't just rest on their laurels. This class is built to compete immediately, keeping UCLA firmly in the national title conversation.
