The Tampa Bay Buccaneers used the first three rounds of the 2026 NFL Draft to address key needs on both sides of the ball, starting on the defensive front before adding at linebacker and wide receiver.
With the No. 15 overall pick, Tampa Bay selected Rueben Bain Jr., adding another pass rusher to a group that already includes Yaya Diaby and Al-Quadin Muhammad. Bain gives the defense another option in the rotation and fits the physical style the team has leaned into along the defensive front.
In the second round, the Buccaneers addressed linebacker with Josiah Trotter at No. 46 overall. Trotter brings a downhill presence and adds to a group that includes Alex Anzalone and SirVocea Dennis.
After moving back from No. 77, Tampa Bay selected Ted Hurst at No. 84. Hurst adds size to the receiver room and gives the offense another option on the outside.
