The Los Angeles Rams already boast a Super Bowl-caliber roster after returning many of their players from last year's team that made it to the NFC title game, while also adding key pieces such as Trent McDuffie and Jaylen Watson. And now on Thursday night, they're set to get even better.
The Rams hold the 13th overall pick in the first round of the 2026 NFL Draft, their earliest selection since trading up to No. 1 in 2016.
The NFL tweaked the time limitations for first-round picks this year, shortening the limit from 10 minutes per pick to only eight. That will make things move more quickly, which also means the Rams will pick earlier than the Dolphins did last year at No. 13.
Last year, the Dolphins selected Kenneth Grant at 9:34 p.m. ET, an hour and 34 minutes after the draft started at 8 p.m. ET. Accounting for the shorter pick times, we can expect the Rams' pick to be made around 9:10 p.m. ET.
That means they'll go on the clock at about 9 p.m. ET, depending on how quickly teams in front of them make their selections.
Here is the complete order of picks on Thursday night.
