After another exciting week of the spring high school sports season, it's time to look back on the top team performances.

Read about the teams that stood out last week and let us know which one should be the HSS North Jersey Team of the Week in the poll at the bottom of this page.

The Knights went 4-0, outscoring opponents 61-8 to increase their winning streak to five in a row.

The Norsewomen won their first Penn Relays plaque, winning their heat of the 4-x-400 relay.

The Braves went 3-0, running their win streak to six straight since an 0-2 start.

The Braves went 3-0, including becoming the first Bergen County team to beat Immaculate Heart since 2023.

The Knights went 3-0, including a key division win over Cresskill, to run their winning streak to six in a row.

The Knights went 2-0 to clinch their first division title. They beat Wayne Hills on a last-second goal and beat fellow division champ Lakeland.

The Bulldogs beat Eastside, 14-13, to remain undefeated (7-0) and take sole possession of first place in the SFC Freedom Blue division.

The Lions went 3-0, outscoring opponents 42-2, to increase their winning streak to four in a row.

The Cardinals went 3-0 last week, outscoring opponents 29-2, to run their winning streak to four in a row.

The Patriots won their first Penn Relays plaque, winning their heat of the 4-x-400 relay.
