Last week's Central Mass. boys' lacrosse action delivered some unforgettable performances, and we're thrilled to announce the winner of the Hometeam Boys' Lacrosse Player of the Week, presented by the YMCA of Central Mass.

Congratulations to Grafton's Greyson Rynkowski, who dominated the fan vote with 175 votes, outpacing St. John's Evan Lind (58 votes) and St. Bernard's Tyler McGeary (49 votes) to claim the top honor. It's a testament to the skill and determination we love to see on the field.

These standout players were selected from results reported by area coaches to the Hometeam Scoreboard. Coaches and administrators are encouraged to keep the highlights coming by calling 508-793-9350 or emailing sports@telegram.com after each game.

Now, let's break down the top performers who made last week one for the books:

Allain powered the Bulldogs with six goals in a hard-fought 13-8 win over Assabet.

Andrews had a monster week for the Eagles, racking up 10 goals and three assists across three wins: a 10-9 overtime thriller against Tantasqua, an 8-7 nail-biter over Nipmuc, and a commanding 10-2 victory over Shepherd Hill.

Barranco chipped in two goals for the Colonials, though they fell 6-4 to Nashoba.

Bell stayed busy with two goals in an 8-3 loss to Shepherd Hill, a 16-6 defeat to Littleton, and a dominant 16-0 shutout of Lowell Catholic.

Buckley reached a major milestone, scoring three goals and adding three assists to earn his 200th career point, leading the Spartans to a 14-5 win over North Middlesex.

Connors delivered when it mattered most, netting the game-winner with just 26 seconds left to lift the Blue Devils past Groton-Dunstable, 6-5.

Faber put up four goals and one assist for the Rockets, but they fell short in a 12-11 loss to St. Bernard's.

Gaudette had a week to remember for the Hawks, including a six-goal explosion in a 12-4 win over Valley Tech. He finished with 12 goals and one assist overall, helping his team go 2-1 with wins over Bay Path (17-4) and a tough 8-6 loss to Lunenburg.

Greaney erupted for five goals in a 17-11 win over Grafton, following up a 10-goal performance in an 18-6 rout of Algonquin. He also added a hat trick in that Grafton victory.

Hegarty was a playmaker for the Tigers, tallying four goals and three assists in a 16-6 win over Tyngsborough, then adding three goals and two assists in a 16-3 blowout of Bay Path.

Heidenthal recorded a hat trick, though his team couldn't secure the win.
