Adams (Quabbin) delivered a complete-game gem, tossing 103 pitches and striking out eight while allowing just one earned run on seven hits over seven innings. He also went 3-for-4 with a run scored to lead the Panthers to a 3-1 win over Narragansett.
Beauregard (Worcester Academy) had a day to remember, going 3-for-5 with a home run and five RBIs to power the Bulldogs to a 20-3 rout of Gann Academy.
Castillo (Southbridge) was dominant on the mound, racking up 13 strikeouts while giving up just one run on two hits over seven innings. His effort lifted the Eagles to a 9-1 victory over Southbridge.
Dalpe (Millis) was a force at the plate, going 4-for-6 with three runs scored as the Blue Raiders exploded for a 21-6 win over Millis.
Fields (AMSA) threw a no-hitter, walking five and striking out five, to lead his team to a 5-0 shutout of AMSA. That's the kind of performance that keeps fans on their feet!
Gaboriault (Marlborough) showcased his power, going 3-for-4 with two home runs and three RBIs to help the Crusaders cruise to an 11-1 victory over Marlborough.
Giancola (Nipmuc) was a two-way star, firing a two-hitter with six strikeouts while going 2-for-3 with two runs in a 12-2 win over cross-street rival BVT. He followed that up by going 3-for-3 with a homer in a 13-0 victory over Bartlett.
Gibbons (Bernardians) tossed a two-hitter and fanned 13 while giving up just one earned run. The visiting Bernardians erupted for 13 runs in the top of the seventh to down the Chargers, 15-2.
This senior (Narragansett) struck out 11 over six innings and went 3-for-4 as the visiting Wildcats won, 5-2, over Narragansett.
