The high school softball season is heating up, and last week delivered another slate of incredible individual performances across North Jersey. From dominant pitching to explosive hitting, these athletes are setting the diamond on fire. Now, it's your turn to decide whose standout week deserves the spotlight.

Let's meet the nominees. For Cliffside Park, a junior was instrumental in three wins, including a key road victory, finishing the week 7-13 at the plate and crossing home five times.

Over at Emerson, a sophomore was simply unstoppable. She pitched a perfect 4-0 in the circle, highlighted by a perfect game and a no-hitter. She also contributed with her bat, going 7-14 with a triple, a homer, and three runs scored.

St. Joseph's saw a stellar week from their player, who went 5-10 with five walks, an impressive 11 runs scored, and two stolen bases across four games.

Facing a gauntlet of top-10 teams, a junior pitcher from Immaculate Heart delivered under pressure. Her week featured a gritty eight-inning win with seven strikeouts, a 15-strikeout masterpiece, and a complete-game four-hitter.

The Wallington offense was a juggernaut, plating 50 runs in four games. Leading the charge was a player who went 11-19, driving in eight runs and adding two doubles and two stolen bases.

Freshman phenoms are making noise, and Midland Park's pitcher is a prime example. After throwing a perfect game, she looks to secure a second consecutive weekly award for her school, boasting 49 strikeouts in just 18 innings this season.

For Northern Valley/Demarest, a committed Georgian Court recruit showed why she's one of the region's most underrated talents, going a perfect 4-4 at the plate and scoring four runs across two games.

Finally, a player from Dwight-Englewood kept the Owls' offense soaring, batting an incredible 11 for 18. She scored 10 runs, drove in eight, and had a perfect 5-5, five-run game against Bergen Tech.
