The UCLA Bruins have made a strategic move in the college basketball transfer portal, securing a commitment from former Butler guard Azavier Robinson. The freshman announced his decision to join Mick Cronin's program early Saturday morning, adding a promising young piece to the Bruins' backcourt.

Robinson, a 6'2" guard from Indianapolis, averaged 6.1 points and 2.5 assists in his debut season with the Bulldogs. While his scoring numbers were modest, his efficient shooting—47% from the field and an impressive 43% from three-point range—highlights his potential as a floor-spacing threat.

This addition addresses a key need for UCLA, which is looking to replenish its offensive creation after the departures of top scorers Tyler Bilodeau and Donovan Dent. Robinson becomes the fourth portal addition this offseason and the second guard, joining Jaylen Petty from Texas Tech.
