He leaned heavily on his changeup and fastball, racking up 4 strikeouts and an impressive 43% whiff rate on that changeup alone.

The only hits Ober allowed were singles to Jakob Marsee in the 2nd inning and Kyle Stowers in the 4th. After that Stowers single, Ober locked in and retired the final 16 batters in a row. It was a masterclass in efficiency and control. For context, the last Twin to throw a Maddux was Ervin Santana back in 2017, and the last to do it with fewer than 90 pitches?
