EL SEGUNDO– The Los Angeles Chargers held their OTA practice at The Bolt on May 11th, 2026 and The Sporting Tribune’s Darwin Walker was there to capture the following TST Images.

The Los Angeles Chargers kicked off their 2026 Organized Team Activities (OTAs) with an energetic practice at The Bolt in El Segundo on May 11th. With the offseason in full swing, the team looked sharp as players hit the field for drills, passes, and conditioning work—a promising sign for the season ahead.

Quarterback DJ Uiagalelei (No. 7) was front and center, leading drills with precision, while Trey Lance (No. 5) also got plenty of reps, showcasing mobility and arm strength during handoff and passing sequences. The quarterback competition is heating up, and both signal-callers looked ready to make an impression.

Wide receivers stole the spotlight during the session. Quentin Johnston (No. 1) made several impressive catches, showing off the hands and route-running that have fans excited. Luke Grimm (No. 87) and Tre Harris (No. 9) also stood out, each snagging passes with confidence and adding depth to the receiving corps.

In the backfield, running backs Omarion Hampton (No. 8) and Kimani Vidal (No. 28) were hard at work, catching passes out of the backfield and powering through drills. Jaret Patterson (No. 32) also got in on the action, taking a handoff from Lance in a smooth exchange that hinted at a well-oiled offensive unit.

On defense, linebacker Daiyan Henley (No. 0) and defensive back Derwin James (No. 3) were all business, flying through drills with the intensity that defines this Chargers squad. Head coach Jim Harbaugh was a constant presence on the sidelines, closely monitoring every rep and offering guidance—a clear sign of the culture he's building.

It was a productive day under the California sun, and these images capture the hard work and focus that will define the Chargers' journey in 2026. Stay tuned for more updates from The Bolt as the team continues to build toward the season.
