The Jacksonville Jaguars' schedule release video just dropped, and it's already turning heads—mostly because of what's missing from Trevor Lawrence's head.

The 2021 No. 1 overall pick debuted a fresh new look in the team's creative announcement, trading his signature flowing locks for a much shorter, late-2000s-inspired cut. In the video, Lawrence sits in the barber's chair, visibly excited about the change. "Man, I've been wanting this cut for a long time," he says as the clippers do their work.

Naturally, the internet had questions. Was it real? Was it AI? The Jaguars' social media team quickly put those doubts to rest, posting: "AI could never," alongside a photo of Lawrence's new 'do. They even backed it up with a practice-field photo showing the quarterback looking noticeably lighter on top, captioning it: "QB1 so aerodynamic now."

Lawrence's haircut comes at a fitting time. Coming off a career-best 2025 season where he threw 29 touchdown passes and led the Jaguars to a 13-4 record and an AFC South title, the star quarterback is turning over a new leaf—literally. Now paired with head coach Liam Coen, Lawrence and the Jags have their sights set higher than ever.
