This past season at Texas, he appeared in 25 games, averaging 5.6 points, 1.8 rebounds, and 1.7 assists in just under 19 minutes per contest. His journey includes two prior seasons at St. John's, where he posted a career-high 8.0 points per game in the 2024-25 campaign.

This move represents a homecoming for the former four-star recruit. Wilcher was a standout at Roselle Catholic in New Jersey, ranked as the No. 36 overall player in the 2023 class. His familiarity with the region and the conference could make for a seamless transition.
