The Syracuse Orange women's basketball frontcourt just got a significant boost. Oregon transfer Sarah Rambus has officially committed to play for head coach Felisha Legette-Jack, adding valuable size and experience to the roster.

Standing at 6'3", Rambus brings three seasons of high-major experience from her time with the Ducks. Over 100 career games, including 19 starts, she averaged 4.6 points and 2.1 rebounds. She's coming off her most efficient season, posting a career-best 53.7% field goal percentage while averaging 6.3 points per game last year.

Her arrival is timely for the Orange, who are looking to fill the void left by the departures of forwards Journey Thompson, Oyindamola Akinbolawa, and Aurora Almón. Rambus is poised to provide crucial interior support alongside standout Uche Izoje, continuing the program's successful trend of impactful transfer portal additions.

A former four-star recruit ranked 66th nationally by ESPN out of high school, the Flint, Michigan native spent a post-graduate year at IMG Academy. Her blend of size, proven efficiency, and pedigree makes her a key piece for Syracuse's ambitions in the competitive ACC.
