According to Sky Germany this week, both Juventus and AC Milan in Serie A are interested in signing Nicolas Jackson.

Jackson is currently seeing out a season loan move in Bundesliga with Bayern Munich, but he’s been just a bit part player there mostly just off the bench.

They will not be using their option to buy him this summer, obviously, and he will return to Chelsea this summer. So what happens next, will be up to the player and the club. I can’t see him staying, although you’d think that will now be up to the next Chelsea manager, whoever that may be.

Jackson has a lot of qualities, but I’d personally be cashing in this summer, unless he would be happy to play a squad backup role at Chelsea. He would not be a starter for me.

Sky Germany’s Florian Plettenberg posted on X yesterday:

“Juventus are monitoring Nicolas Jackson and can imagine a loan move. AC Milan are monitoring the situation as well.

“Jackson will return to Chelsea in the summer for now, as FC Bayern will not trigger the option to buy and a second loan is currently not planned.”

Chelsea may have dodged a bullet on the Estevao Willian front, according to some recent reports from the Sun. Estevao could still miss the World Cup though…

Defender Tosin Adarabioyo has had a lot of criticism lately, but he deserves a lot of credit for his performance on Sunday, which saw him dominate in the air against Leeds.
