When asked about which group has impressed him this spring, Schiano pointed to the young running backs. While he noted their performance wasn't a complete surprise, he credited offensive coordinator Kirk Ciarrocca and running backs coach Damiere Shaw for implementing a system that has accelerated their learning curve and development on the field.
