Three Pitt 8 slow pitch softball teams will play in regional tournaments this week.

Stuart, Kiowa and Pittsburg all advanced to the regional round of the playoffs after success in the district tournament last week. All games will play Thursday.

Stuart plays 1:15 p.m. against Wilson Henryetta in Caney, Kiowa plays 10 a.m. against Kremlin-Hillsdale at home and Pittsburg plays 1:15 p.m. against Chattanooga at Tupelo.

The Lady Hornets defeated Indianola twice by a combined 29-1 in the district tournament. The Cowgirls won both of their games against Ft. Towson by a combined 24-0.

The Lady Panthers earned their district title by defeating Milburn 14-0 then 9-1.
