This Sunday, under a bright summer sun, our RBS women's team is ready to shake up the league leaders. Instead of the usual Red Bull Arena, the action moves to Liefering's Saalachspitz, where our squad takes on FK Austria Vienna in a pivotal championship group match. Kickoff is at 12:45 CEST, and the best part? Admission is free, so there's no reason to miss this one.

Adding to the excitement, Sara Telek—recently named Referee of the Season in the 2024/25 ADMIRAL Women's Bundesliga—will be officiating. That's a sign of just how big this match is.

Our team, led by Dusan Pavlovic, is hungry for redemption. The last time they faced the undefeated Vienna side was back in mid-March, and a momentary lapse in concentration led to a tight 0-1 loss. Since then, Austria Vienna has only grown stronger, cruising through the season with just one blip—a 0-0 draw against St. Pölten last weekend. With a six-point cushion over the Lower Austrian champions, they're on the verge of their first-ever women's title. But our players aren't backing down.

This isn't just a league game—it's a preview of things to come. The same two teams are set to clash in the Austrian Women's Cup final on 14 May, and both matches will be broadcast live on ORF SPORT+. For our fans, it's a double chance to see history in the making.

Want to be there in person? Hop on our official bus trip to the Wiener Sport-Club Platz for just €12 round trip (match ticket not included). It's a small price for a big day of football.

As Pavlovic puts it: "Austria Vienna absolutely deserve to be in first place. But for me, it's about our performance. We won't be passive. We'll go onto the pitch bravely, aggressively, and proactively, and try to impose our game—that's our aim. We're incredibly excited about this next big game!"

Come out and support the team as they look to rattle the leaders and make a statement. See you at Saalachspitz!
