The Baltimore Ravens are adding an undrafted signal caller to the roster as former UConn quarterback Joe Fagnano will join the team ahead of the rookie minicamp. A talented quarterback who has support in Baltimore, Fagnano will sign a three-year deal, giving the Ravens a rookie to develop behind backup quarterback Tyler Huntley and two-time MVP Lamar Jackson. The NFL is the ultimate arms race, and you can never have enough good quarterbacks.
Fagnano will be joined at the rookie minicamp by former Vanderbilt star and Heisman Trophy finalist, Diego Pavia.

A seventh-year senior, Fagnano will turn 25 before the draft and played on an offense predicated on the ultra-quick passing game, as 28.8% of his attempts this season were at or behind the line of scrimmage (38th most in the FBS).

Fagnano had limited arm strength and, after four seasons at Maine (2019-22), transferred to UConn before the 2023 season. In 2025, Fagnano finished with 3,448 passing yards and 28 touchdowns to only one interception.
