Ahead of Game 3 vs. the Boston Celtics, Philadelphia 76ers reserve guard Quentin Grimes is under no illusions about the sort of ball club the Sixers will face at home later today (April 24). "We know (we need to) watch the film, we know they didn't play as well as they usually played all season," explained the Philly backup sharpshooter.

"Guys didn't make shots," he continued, alluding to the Celtics connecting on just 13 of their 50 attempts from beyond the arc while shooting an uncharacteristic 39 percent from the floor overall. "We also played well ourselves, so you've got to be conscious and know that they're going to make adjustments, and we have to maybe be ready for those counters as well."

"So (we're) just coming in with the right mindset, we had a good game plan, good film session yesterday," he suggested. "And I felt like we'll do we had a pretty good job tonight."

The typical Boston assault from deep stood out in particular to Grimes as a point of defensive emphasis. "That's their bread and butter over there. They get up a lot of 3s, they make a lot of 3s as well. So we've go to be constant in running them off the line."

"And we know like I said, those guys didn't shoot as well in Game 2, so we have to be confident in knowing they're going to come out firing even more probably this game. So just sticking to the game plan, knowing what we're doing to try to run them off the line for sure."
