In a groundbreaking move for college sports streaming, Amazon and Duke University have announced a multiyear partnership that brings three Duke men's basketball neutral-site games exclusively to Prime Video. This marks the streaming giant's first venture into college athletics, adding to its growing portfolio of live sports content.

The inaugural schedule kicks off with a blockbuster matchup that's sure to excite basketball fans. On November 25th, Duke will face UConn at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas—a rematch of one of the most electrifying moments from last month's NCAA Tournament. The action continues on December 21st at the iconic Madison Square Garden, where the Blue Devils take on national champion Michigan. The series wraps up on February 20th at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit against perennial powerhouse Gonzaga.

All three games will be produced by Prime Video, with broadcast teams and additional coverage details to be announced closer to tip-off. The deal represents a significant shift in how college basketball is consumed, as streaming platforms continue to secure premium live sports rights.

"Duke basketball games transcend the schedule, and this all-new offering gives fans more of what we all want—marquee matchups featuring the most successful programs in the nation."

Duke Athletic Director Nina King emphasized that this partnership complements the program's existing relationship with ESPN. As part of the agreement, Duke has committed to participating in additional ESPN-owned neutral-site events during the 2027-28 and 2028-29 seasons, ensuring a balanced approach to their broadcast partnerships.

"In addition to our outstanding partnership with ESPN, we are excited to work with Prime Video on this groundbreaking initiative," King said. "As Prime Video's first college sports partner, this collaboration expands the global reach of Duke men's basketball and creates meaningful opportunities for our student-athletes in a way that reflects innovation and excellence."

This deal comes as Prime Video continues to build out its live sports portfolio, which already includes exclusive rights to Thursday Night Football through 2033. For college basketball fans and Duke supporters, this partnership means more access to high-stakes nonconference matchups against some of the sport's most storied programs—all from the comfort of their screens.
