Former Newcastle defender John Anderson says Sunday's defeat at Crystal Palace has made things "an awful lot more difficult" for head coach Eddie Howe. The Magpies conceded twice in the final 10 minutes to fall to 14th in the Premier League, making a late push for Europe seem more unlikely.
