The Green Bay Packers finished their work in the 2026 NFL draft by trading both of their seventh-round picks to the Seattle Seahawks to move up to No. 216 overall in the sixth round, where Green Bay selected Florida kicker Trey Smack.
The final trade details: Packers trade picks No. 236 and No. 255 to Seahawks for No. 216.
The 216th pick was the final pick in the sixth round.
Unwilling to wait until No. 236, the Packers moved up 20 spots to get Smack, who will provide competition for veteran Brandon McManus at kicker this summer. The trade up suggests the Packers believe Smack will be the kicker long term.
The Packers' draft class finished with only six players: Cornerback Brandon Cisse in the second round, defensive lineman Chris McClellan in the third round, edge rusher Dani Dennis-Sutton in the fourth round, offensive lineman Jager Burton in the fifth round, cornerback Domani Jackson in the sixth round and kicker Trey Smack in the sixth round.
