The race is heating up for a Super Bowl-winning cornerback, with four NFL teams reportedly in the mix. The Green Bay Packers, Buffalo Bills, Washington Commanders, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers have all expressed interest in free-agent cornerback Rasul Douglas, per Easton Butler of Packer Report.

Douglas, who won a championship with the Philadelphia Eagles, is no stranger to two of these teams. He spent over two seasons with the Packers from 2021 to 2023 before being traded to the Bills in a pick-swap deal. His time in Buffalo was electric—he posted a stingy 51.3% completion rate allowed and a jaw-dropping 38.6 passer rating against in 2023. But 2024 wasn't as kind, and the Bills let him test free agency last offseason.

After a rebound year with the Miami Dolphins in 2025—where he allowed a 54.5% completion rate and a 73.0 passer rating over 15 games—the 30-year-old is back on the market. Each of these four squads could use a veteran boost in the secondary: the Packers and Bills need depth behind their starters, while the Commanders and Buccaneers are looking to shore up their defensive backfields. With his proven track record and playoff experience, Douglas could be the missing piece for a contender's secondary.
