Oklahoma hit four home runs in Friday's easy win over Binghamton in the NCAA Tournament.

The Oklahoma Sooners made a powerful statement in their NCAA Tournament opener on Friday, leaving no doubt about who the top seed in the Norman Regional is. In a dominant performance, OU run-ruled Binghamton 11-0 in just five innings, scoring in every single inning they came to the plate.

The fireworks started early. Kasidi Pickering launched a two-run home run in the first inning, capping a four-run opening frame that set the tone for the night. The Sooners weren't done there. Kai Minor and Ella Parker went back-to-back with solo homers in the second, adding three more runs to the board. Ailana Agbayani drove in two with a single in the third, and Kendall Wells sealed the deal with a two-run blast in the fourth—giving Oklahoma all the runs they needed to trigger the run-rule.

Head coach Patty Gasso smartly rotated through three pitchers to keep her staff fresh for the long weekend ahead. Audrey Lowry tossed two scoreless innings before Berkley Zache earned the win with two more strong frames. Allyssa Parker closed it out, and the trio combined to allow just two hits over five innings.

The Sooners now await the winner of Kansas and Michigan in the next round, while Binghamton will face the loser. With just one more win needed to advance to Super Regionals, Oklahoma looks poised to make another deep postseason run—especially considering they lost only one home game all regular season. For a team that thrives on momentum and power, Friday's performance was exactly the kind of statement that championship contenders make.
