“It’s really been invigorating for me,” Nagy said on a recent Zoom call. “Coach Harbs did such a great job at bringing in guys with a ton of experience, and I’d be foolish to not use that.”

Nagy dismissed any notion of "too many cooks in the kitchen," emphasizing collaboration over hierarchy. He believes leveraging this wealth of experience is key to constructing a dynamic and adaptable offensive scheme. The plan is to build a system that evolves based on their players' strengths, a process Nagy calls "so much fun."
