The 2026 offseason has arrived, and for Northwestern men's basketball, it's a period of significant transition. The Wildcats are facing a major roster rebuild after eight players entered the transfer portal, headlined by the departure of Tre Singleton—the highest-ranked recruit in modern program history. Head coach Chris Collins now faces the critical task of navigating the portal to find the talent needed to fill these gaps and re-tool for the future.

This tracker is your central hub for all the latest movement. We'll be following every development, from new targets to departing players, providing updates as the Wildcats' offseason strategy unfolds.

Northwestern is already in the mix for key prospects. The program is among the final four schools for Cornell transfer Jake Fiegen, a 6'4" sharpshooter and Wilmette, Illinois native who averaged 17.1 points per game on elite 54.6% shooting last season. He's also considering Vanderbilt, Villanova, and Virginia.

The focus is also on the significant talent heading out. Tre Singleton, the prized freshman forward, is scheduled to visit Iowa State this weekend after averaging 7.6 points and 4.8 rebounds as a starter. His departure is a substantial loss for the Wildcats' frontcourt.

The exodus extends to the backcourt, where primary point guard Jayden Reid has entered the portal. After transferring from USF, Reid was a key facilitator, averaging 10.1 points and 5.0 assists per game, which ranked him in the top five in the Big Ten.

Further depleting the roster, forward Arrinten Page also plans to enter the portal. Page posted career-best numbers this season with 10.2 points and 4.5 rebounds per game but is set to transfer for the third time in his collegiate career, following previous stops at USC and Cincinnati.

As the portal continues to churn, Northwestern's pursuit of new talent will be crucial to staying competitive in the tough Big Ten landscape. Stay tuned for more updates on the Wildcats' roster reconstruction.
