NFL star Tyreek Hill has reached a settlement in a lawsuit filed by OnlyFans model Sophie Hall, who accused him of breaking her leg during a backyard football drill in 2023. The incident, which took place at Hill's home in Southwest Ranches, Florida, has been resolved out of court, with both parties agreeing to drop the assault and battery claims.
According to reports, Hill was seen leaving a Broward County courtroom on Friday with a cheerful "I'm going to Disney World" remark. Under the settlement terms, Hall agreed to dismiss the charges she filed against the former Miami Dolphins wide receiver, while Hill settled her negligence claim. Attorneys for both sides have been contacted for comment but have not yet responded.
The civil suit alleged that Hill "became enraged and forcefully shoved Ms. Hall" after she managed to knock him backward during a playful football exercise with friends. Hall's attorney, Jonathan Gdanski, told jurors in opening arguments that "she hit the floor and felt pain" from the severe leg fracture. However, Hill's attorney, Rob Horwitz, argued that it wasn't clear the drill caused the injury, suggesting Hall might have tripped over Hill's dog instead.
Horwitz also pointed out that Hall had been a "football mom" for a year prior and "knew and assumed the risk" of such activities. He further claimed that the two had sex shortly after the incident and that Hall waited over a month before seeking medical treatment, never reporting the injury initially.
Hall, who boasts 2.3 million Instagram followers, said she met Hill when she enrolled her son at his football camp. Her lawsuit, originally seeking $75,000, was filed in 2024. This isn't the only legal trouble for Hill, who was released by the Dolphins in February 2025. He was also involved in a domestic dispute with his wife that year, prompting police to respond, though no charges were filed as both parties stated the argument never turned physical. In a separate divorce case, Hill's wife alleged in court documents that he was violent toward her, adding another layer to the star's off-field controversies.
