NFL free agency is mostly behind us. The NFL Draft is now done. For the most part (though not completely), we know the rosters that teams will roll into the 2026 NFL season with. You know what that means? Power rankings time. As we head into the summer and team workouts and programs, let’s take a look at every team 1-32 and see how it all shakes out.
Key Additions: QB Ty Simpson, TE Max Klare, CB Trent McDuffie, CB Jaylen Watson
Key Subtractions: T Rob Havenstein, CB Darious Williams, CB Ahkello Witherspoon
The Rams’ top two picks were a quarterback we might not see until 2028 and the team’s sixth tight end. Despite that, they’re the favorite this season a testament to the roster that finished the 2026 season.
Key Additions: RB Jadarian Price, S Bud Clark, RB Emanuel Wilson, S Rodney Thomas, CB Noah Igbinoghene
Key Subtractions: RB Kenneth Walker III, EDGE Boye Mafe, S Coby Bryant, CB Riq Woolen
Zay Flowers had the second-highest share of a team’s receiving yards last year, at 36.9%. Jaxon Smith-Njigba led the league at 44.1%. He was just worlds ahead of the field in that regard.
Key Additions: EDGE T.J. Parker, CB Davison Igbinosun, EDGE Bradley Chubb, CB Dee Alford, S C.J. Gardner-Johnson
Key Subtractions: T David Edwards, FB Reggie Gilliam, EDGE Joey Bosa, DL DaQuan Jones
The Bills are hoping DJ Moore can be something like the dominant receiver they haven’t had since Stefon Diggs left. No Buffalo receiver topped 4 touchdowns last year.
Key Additions: G Olaivavega Ioane, EDGE Zion Young, EDGE Trey Hendrickson, G John Simpson
Key Subtractions: C Tyler Linderbaum, TE Isaiah Likely, EDGE Dre’Mont Jones, TE Charlie Kolar, S Alohi Kolar, RB Keaton Mitchell, WR DeAndre Hopkins, EDGE Kyle Van Noy
Derrick Henry now has the Nos. 1 and 7 seasons in rushing yards for a player 30 or older. If he can repeat last year’s 1,595, he’ll have the record for a 32-year-old.
Key Subtractions: S P.J. Locke, LB Dre Greenlaw, C Michael Deiter
Other than the Jaylen Waddle trade, the Broncos are basically running the roster back that was a hair shy of the Super Bowl last year. That’s usually a flawed strategy — what goes well one year is no guarantee to do it the next — but we’ll see how it goes for them.
Key Additions: WR De’Zhaun Stribling, WR Mike Evans, WR Christian Kirk, LB Drew Greenlaw, DT Osa Odighizuwa
Key Subtractions: LB Dee Winters, WR Kendrick Bourne, DL Bryce Huff, DL Robert Beal Jr.
The 49ers had the same record as the Rams last year but were 106 points worse in differential. This wasn’t a case of two teams of the same level; it was one overperforming and one (slightly) underperforming. San Francisco has ground to make up.
Key Additions: EDGE Akheem Mesidor, C Jake Slaughter, C Tyler Biadasz, EDGE Dalvin Tomlinson, G Cole Strange
Key Subtractions: LB Odafe Oweh, G Mekhi Becton Sr., C Bradley Bozeman, S Alohi Gilman
