It's already a foregone conclusion that the Las Vegas Raiders will take Indiana quarterback Fernando Mendoza with the top selection. At second overall, will it be Ohio State linebacker Arvell Reese or Texas Tech edge defender David Bailey? That's the debate just hours before the draft starts.

The NFL insider said on "The Rich Eisen Show" that he would be "surprised" if the Jets' pick was anyone beside Bailey.
