For the second of three times in the 2026 NFL Draft, the Miami Dolphins have made a pick. After adding wide receiver Caleb Douglas with the 75th pick, Miami is back with the 84th pick. They added Will Kacmarek, tight end, Ohio State.
Miami received this pick in the trade of edge rusher Jaelan Phillips to the Philadelphia Eagles during the 2025 season.
Along with Kacmarek and Douglas, Miami has selected tackle Kadyn Proctor and cornerback Chris Johnson in the first round and linebacker Jacob Rodriguez in the second round. They are slated to be back on the clock with the 94th selection.
Kacmarek spent three seasons at Ohio before moving to Ohio State. During his career, he caught 59 passes for 713 yards and four touchdowns. He is an in-line type of tight end, who will be an effective blocker at the NFL ad could become special with some additional coaching.
