Michigan State football has extended an offer to a major prospect in the 2028 class.
Malachi Lee of Chantilly, Va. announced on Wednesday that he's received an offer from the Spartans. Lee posted on his social media X account to announce the notable offer from the Spartans.
Lee is listed as a top 100 prospect and 4-star wide receiver in the 2028 class, according to 247Sports. He has a recruiting rating of 97.47 in 247Sports' composite system, and ranks as the No. 10 wide receiver in the class. He is also listed as the top player from Virginia and No. 53 overall player in the country for the class.
Michigan State a quickly growing list of schools to offer Lee. According to 247Sports, he is now up to nearly 15 offers, with the following schools offering him: Indiana, Maryland, Michigan State, Penn State, Pitt, Rutgers, Syracuse, Virginia Tech, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Memphis, Liberty and Old Dominion.
