Eight Maryland lacrosse players have earned USA Lacrosse All-American honors, showcasing the depth of talent across both the men's and women's programs. Despite contrasting seasons, the Terps shared a bright spotlight on Thursday with a combined eight nods from the national organization.

The women's team led the way with five honorees, headlined by first-team selections Kori Edmondson and JJ Suriano. Edmondson, a senior attacker, has been a force despite a slight dip in production this season. Recently picked No. 4 overall in the inaugural Women's Lacrosse League draft, she has notched 44 goals heading into the NCAA Tournament. Suriano, meanwhile, earned her first first-team nod after a breakout junior campaign. The goalkeeper boasts a stellar 51.7% save percentage and is poised to lead the Terps in their pursuit of a 16th national title.

Lauren LaPointe and Kayla Gilmore landed on the third team, capping breakout seasons. LaPointe has been the offensive quarterback, leading the team with 59 goals, while Gilmore has dominated the draw circle with 106 controls as a sophomore. Defender Maddy Sterling, also a WLL draftee, received an honorable mention after a strong senior year anchoring the backline ahead of Sunday's second-round matchup.

On the men's side, three Terps earned recognition. Senior long-stick midfielder AJ Larkin made his mark with 40 ground balls and eight caused turnovers despite limited starts, earning a second-team nod. Faceoff specialist Henry Dodge also landed on the second team after winning 68% of his attempts in 2026—and he'll be back for more, having been granted an additional year of eligibility. Rounding out the group, Leo Hoffman added to the program's proud tradition of producing elite talent.

These honors reflect the relentless work ethic and championship pedigree that define Maryland lacrosse—qualities that translate seamlessly from the field to your gear. Whether you're a Terp fan or just love the game, celebrate the All-American spirit with apparel that performs as hard as you do.
