Jesus Lafalaise started for Hickory, allowing one run in 5.2 IP, striking out three and walking three. Geury Rodriguez walked three and struck out two in 1.1 scoreless innings. Louis Marinaro walked all four batters he faced, and they all came around to score.
Paulino Santana was 2 for 5 with a walk. Yolfran Castillo had a double, a walk and a stolen base. Marocs Torres triples, walked twice and stole two bases. Dewar Tovar was 2 for 4 with a triple and a walk. Hector Osorio doubled. Daniel Flames doubled and walked.
Hub City played two. In the two games, they accumulated 5 hits and one run.
In Game One, Ismael Agreda struck out nine and walked one in five innings, allowing two solo homers.
Maxton Martin doubled. Malcolm Moore had a hit and a walk. Rafe Perich had a hit. Chandler Pollard had a hit and a walk.

Frisco starter David Davalillo had an excellent outing, striking out ten and walking one in six shutout innings. Bryan Magdaleno and Eric Loomis each had a scoreless inning where each struck out a pair. Wilian Bormie walked one in a scoreless inning.
The starter for Round Rock was 32 year old Kyle Funkhouser, who you may remember spent the 2023 season on a minor league deal with the Rangers where he mostly rehabbed but also made five appearances for Frisco. Funkhouser walked four and struck out three in 3.2 IP, allowing one run.
Emiliano Teodo struck out three and walked two in 1.1 scoreless, with 15 strikes and 14 balls in 29 pitches. Carter Baumler struck out one in 1.1 shutout innings. Marc Church continued to struggle with his control, walking two and throwing just 8 of 22 pitches for strikes. Alexis Diaz gave up a two run homer in one inning, walking one and striking out one.
Justin Foscue was 1 for 3 with a walk. Aaron Zavala had a hit and a walk.
