Crosby's journey this offseason has been a rollercoaster. He initially wanted out of Las Vegas, and the Raiders agreed to send him to the Baltimore Ravens in exchange for two first-round picks. But the deal fell through after a failed physical—a move many believe the Ravens used as an excuse to back out. Crosby then re-committed to the Raiders, but as any NFL fan knows, "for the time being" can change quickly.

If the Raiders' rebuild stumbles again, it's easy to imagine Crosby revisiting his desire to join a contender. And the Rams, with both of their first-round picks available over the next two years, have the ammunition to make a deal. As Atkins noted, Los Angeles is one of the few teams willing to trade from an expectedly loaded 2027 draft class.
