The boys are back in town. Monday marked the start of the Los Angeles Rams' offseason program, the first step toward the team's preparation for the 2026 campaign.
Though there won't be any on-field work for a little while, players are back at the Rams' facility for classroom work, meetings and workouts ahead of OTAs and eventually, mandatory minicamp. The offseason program will wrap up in June before summer, which is the last break before training camp and the preseason.
The Rams shared photos and videos of players arriving for the first day of work, including Matthew Stafford, Puka Nacua, Kobie Turner and Quentin Lake.
