After Friday's Game 6 win over the Rockets, LeBron James played along with a social media joke about Will Anderson Jr. being his son.

LeBron James may have just gained a new family member—and it's not by birth. After the Lakers' commanding 98-78 victory over the Houston Rockets in Game 6 on Friday night, the four-time NBA champion had fans chuckling with a playful quip about Houston Texans star defensive end Will Anderson Jr.

The crossover between NBA and NFL fandom is nothing new, and it was on full display at the Toyota Center. Anderson, one of the league's rising defensive talents, had prime courtside seats. During the game, he even helped LeBron up after a fall—a moment that sparked an online joke about their resemblance. With Anderson's look bearing a striking similarity to LeBron's son, Bronny, social media quickly dubbed him "LeBron's secret son."

LeBron, ever the showman, leaned into the gag during postgame comments. "What was the moment like? The moment was pretty cool. Yeah, I just said it's good to see him. That's my fourth child. Him and Bronny are twins and nobody knows it. Me and Savannah been trying to keep it under wraps for a long time," James said, before adding with a grin, "No disrespect to his parents. Unbelievable football player, deserving of everything that he's got. It was definitely good to see him."

Anderson, who just wrapped a stellar season with 12 sacks, 23 quarterback hits, and 20 tackles for loss, is a key piece of the Texans' bright future alongside quarterback C.J. Stroud. His second Pro Bowl nod and runner-up finish in Defensive Player of the Year voting prove he's more than just a viral moment—he's a force on the field.

As for LeBron, the Lakers now head north to face the defending champion Oklahoma City Thunder in the second round of the playoffs. Coming off a 28-point, seven-rebound, eight-assist performance, the elder James is ready to chase another upset—and maybe keep an eye out for his "fourth child" in the stands.
