Keyser High School's basketball program just delivered a masterclass in dominance, sweeping the major All-Potomac Valley Conference Division 1 awards this week. The Golden Tornado's standout season was headlined by junior sensation Bibs Felton, who captured the coveted PVC Player of the Year honor.

Felton, a versatile guard/forward, was an offensive force all season, pouring in an average of 19.6 points per game. Her leadership was instrumental in guiding Keyser to an impressive 18-4 record and deep into the postseason.

This wasn't just a one-player show, however. The Golden Tornado's collective excellence was recognized as they were awarded the PVC team championship. Guiding this talented squad was Coach Josh Blowe, whose strategic prowess earned him the well-deserved PVC Coach of the Year award. Under his direction, Keyser made its third consecutive Class AAA state tournament appearance and fought its way to the semifinals for the first time since 2014.

Felton's individual brilliance was complemented by a strong supporting cast, as three of her teammates—Austyn Healy, Rooney Urice, and Jillian Ault—also earned spots on the prestigious All-PVC team. The honor roll was rounded out by Hampshire's Della Knight, Kendyl Stewart, and Brookyln Klavuhn, alongside Berkeley Springs' Maddie Close and Frankfort's Kasi Ouellette.
