The Boston Celtics are set to face the 76ers in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference playoffs on Sunday at 7 p.m. In a significant update, Philadelphia has already changed the injury status of star center Joel Embiid.

Philadelphia ruled Embiid as doubtful just a few hours before tip-off, but now the 76ers have upgraded his status to questionable.

There is a belief that Embiid is planning to give it a shot in Game 4, as he was spotted on the court during pregame warm-up drills an hour before game time.

Embiid has been sidelined for the last three games of the series following an emergency appendectomy he underwent on April 9. If he can return for the 76ers in Game 4, he could give them a huge boost.
