Jess Park has been the shining star in what has been a rollercoaster season for Manchester United Women. The team hit incredible highs—reaching their first-ever League Cup final and making a stunning run to the Champions League quarter-finals. But football can be cruel: they fell short in that final, were knocked out of the FA Cup by Chelsea, and will finish fourth in the league, narrowly missing out on European football next season.

Amid the ups and downs, one player has consistently stood out. Since joining from Manchester City last summer, Jess Park has been nothing short of sensational. The Japanese international has racked up Player of the Month honors like clockwork, and her incredible form carried through to the club's end-of-season awards. As announced by the club, Park took home the Women's Players' Player of the Year award, as well as the Player of the Year trophy voted by the fans—a testament to her impact both on and off the pitch.

"Yeah, it's been a pretty incredible season—personally and as a team," Park said. "I can't thank my teammates enough for the work they have put in. We are all one as a team. So it's not just about my season, but what we have done together as a collective. I wouldn't have had the season I have had without them."

And what a season it was. Park also claimed the Goal of the Season award for her breathtaking left-footed volley against arch-rivals Liverpool. That fierce strike left the Liverpool keeper with no chance and was easily the best goal from a United player all year.

The future looks bright beyond the first team, too. Manchester United Women's youngsters were rewarded for a fine campaign, with the Under-21s winning the Professional Game Academy Plate after finishing fourth in the PGA League Division One. Coaches selected Sienna Wareing as their Player of the Year, while Lucy Robinson also earned recognition for her standout performances.

As the season draws to a close, one thing is clear: with stars like Jess Park leading the way, the Red Devils are building something special—even if the journey has its share of twists and turns.
