The Jacksonville Jaguars did not make any trades on Day 2 of the 2026 NFL draft, however, GM James Gladstone did attempt to move up the draft board during the early portion of Round 2.

"We did make a couple calls towards the early portion of the night," Gladstone said afterward, "but nothing that obviously came to fruition."

How far the Jaguars were looking to move up or who was on their radar remains unknown.

The prospects taken in the 33 to 41 range included Clemson DE TJ Parker, Ohio State DT Kayden McDonald, Tennessee CB Colton Hood, Arizona S Treydan Stukes, Washington WR Denzel Boston, Oklahoma DE R Mason Thomas, and Texas A&M DE Cashius Howell.

Entering Day 2 of the draft with 11 picks in total, including four in the top 100, did give the Jaguars the flexibility to move up the draft board if the deal made sense.

As Gladstone has said previously, the Jaguars are always looking to be strategically bold.

The Jaguars would end up selecting TE Nate Boerkircher, DT Albert Regis, OL Emmanuel Pregnon, and DB Jalen Huskey with their second and third round selections.

"As we labeled the guys that we really wanted to target throughout the course of it," Gladstone said, "we ended up with four guys who fit the bill for exactly what we're hunting up and feel like we were able to level up in a few different areas that going into 2026 we were really excited about addressing. As the trends across the NFL begin to show themselves, not only over the last season, but the back half of the season and what we anticipate being big pieces to the puzzle over the course of this next season I think that was a real reflection of the decisions that we made."
