If you checked out of fantasy football—or football in general—once your league wrapped up last season, we don’t blame you. It happens to the best of us. But now that the offseason dust has settled and the NFL Draft is in the rearview, it’s time to get back in the game. We’ve already covered the AFC. Now, let’s break down every NFC team and what their moves mean for your 2026 fantasy season.

Arizona Cardinals: Backfield Bonanza

Remember last season when Arizona was scraping the bottom of the barrel with running backs like Bam Knight, Michael Carter, and Emari Demercado? Those days are over. The Cardinals brought back James Conner and Trey Benson, signed Tyler Allgeier, and then shocked everyone by drafting Jeremiyah Love with the third overall pick. That’s a lot of talent in one backfield—almost feels like they’re running the wishbone under new head coach Mike LaFleur. Keep an eye on how this crowded rotation shakes out, but the upside here is undeniable.

Atlanta Falcons: Quarterback Carousel

Jacoby Brissett is currently the starter, but he’s skipping voluntary workouts while seeking a long-term deal. The Falcons have insurance in Gardner Minshew and drafted Carson Beck in the third round. It’s a classic “throw it at the wall and see what sticks” approach. The good news? The receiving corps remains strong, with Marvin Harrison Jr. and Michael Wilson leading the way, plus the addition of Kendrick Bourne. And of course, Trey McBride remains a fantasy stud at tight end.

New Orleans Saints: New Leadership, Same Weapons

A new head coach and offensive coordinator are in town, bringing fresh energy to the Big Easy. The on-field brain trust from Cleveland has taken over in Atlanta, with Kevin Stefanski as head coach and Tommy Rees as offensive coordinator. They inherit a roster with far more firepower than what they had with the Browns. The key here is stability at the skill positions—something fantasy managers love to see.

Stay tuned for more NFC breakdowns, and get ready to dominate your 2026 drafts!
