The road to gymnastics glory ends in Texas. For the fourth straight year, the NCAA Gymnastics Championships are set to electrify Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, transforming the city into the undisputed capital of collegiate gymnastics from April 16-18, 2026. Over two intense days, the nation's elite will battle for team and individual supremacy, and you won't want to miss a single twist, turn, or stuck landing.

All eyes are on the top-ranked Oklahoma Sooners, who arrive as defending national champions but with a point to prove after a runner-up finish at the SEC Championship to the formidable No. 3 Florida Gators. While Oklahoma is favored, the field is packed with powerhouse programs ready to challenge for the title, promising a showdown defined by precision, power, and grace under pressure.

The action kicks off on Thursday, April 16, with the "Elite Eight" semifinals. The nation's top eight teams will split into two sessions, each fighting for a spot in the final. National Semifinal I features a heavyweight SEC clash with No. 2 LSU, No. 3 Florida, No. 6 Georgia, and No. 7 Stanford. Later, National Semifinal II will see No. 1 Oklahoma, No. 4 UCLA, No. 9 Arkansas, and No. 13 Minnesota take the floor. These sessions will also crown the individual national champions in the all-around and on each apparatus.

The drama culminates on Saturday, April 18, at 4 p.m. ET. The top two teams from each semifinal will compete with a clean slate—no scores carry over—in a winner-takes-all final for the national championship. It's the ultimate test of consistency and clutch performance. Tune in to ESPN2 for the semifinals and the championship final to witness every breathtaking routine as these incredible athletes write the next chapter in NCAA gymnastics history.
