From sprints to throws, the Foothill "Top of the State" Invitational on May 1, 2026, set the stage for some standout performances. Iris Severne of HOPE High School blazed to a first-place finish in the varsity 300-meter hurdles, while Blake Lema of Foothill High School dominated the track, securing top spots in both the 300-meter hurdles and the 110-meter hurdles. Meanwhile, U-Prep's Michael Parisot and Ethan Magrini put their strength on display in the shot put, and Jacoby Fox of U-Prep leaped his way through the JV 110-meter hurdles.
