Barcelona manager Hansi Flick has opened up about the reality of managing tensions in the dressing room, acknowledging that even at Camp Nou, conflicts can arise. Speaking ahead of a crucial La Liga clash, the German tactician addressed the topic following a week dominated by reports of discord among their Clásico rivals.

"I will not say that this never happens in our dressing room," Flick admitted. "It's normal—we are human, and everyone makes mistakes. What matters is how we react." His comments offer a refreshingly candid look at the human side of elite football, where even world-class players can have disagreements.

With Barcelona just one result away from sealing the La Liga title, Flick is determined to keep his squad focused. "We have to take the final step tomorrow," he said. "We're playing to win a title. The whole team is important, but the work of the La Masia players, with their philosophy and mentality, really helps." The manager praised the professionalism of his group, highlighting the strong bonds formed by academy graduates who have known each other since childhood.

When asked about handling conflict, Flick emphasized the importance of unity and communication. "When something happens, we all go in the same direction. Things can happen, but you have to deal with them. That's the way," he explained. "We have a great relationship. You can see the connection between the players from La Masia—they've known each other since they were 12 or 13. That has to be part of the club for the next few years."

Flick also reflected on his leadership style, noting that listening and explaining are key to maintaining harmony. "I always try to listen, to explain to players. We have really good communication, and that's important in our work."

As for the Clásico itself, Flick kept his focus on the pitch. "I know it's a special match—for everyone, for the players, for the staff. But I'm not thinking about anything else, just about playing a great game."
