The Vegas Golden Knights travel to Delta Center to face the Utah Mammoth in Game 4 of their first-round NHL Playoffs matchup.

The Golden Knights find themselves in trouble after dropping Game 2 at home (3-2) and then Game 3 on the road (4-2). Although Vegas held home-ice advantage heading into the series, the teams were more evenly matched than a typical division winner vs. wild card team, as the Mammoth posted more wins (43) than Vegas (39) during the regular season.

Game 3 was all Utah, as they started fast, scoring two first-period goals (MacKenzie Weegar, Dylan Guenther). The second period was more of the same, as Lawson Crouse scored twice in the first 10 minutes of the period to give the Mammoth a commanding 4-0 lead. Jack Eichel and Nic Dowd would add goals late in the second and third periods, respectively, leading to the 4-2 final score.
