The Arizona Cardinals added a productive college receiver to their mix.

The Arizona Cardinals made seven selections in the 2026 NFL Draft, but they didn't stop there—adding seven more players as undrafted free agents to round out their rookie class. Over the next few days, we'll be introducing each of these unsigned talents, giving them the spotlight they deserve. Today, we're focusing on a productive college receiver who brings sure hands and a knack for finding the end zone: Ole Miss's Harrison "Trey" Wallace III.

Standing at 6-foot-0 and weighing 192 pounds, Wallace III was a mainstay for the Rebels last season, starting all 15 games and hauling in 61 passes for 934 yards and four touchdowns. His efforts helped propel Ole Miss to the College Football Playoff and a Fiesta Bowl appearance at State Farm Stadium. But Wallace is no stranger to big stages—he began his college career at Penn State, where he played 39 games (21 starts) over four seasons, tallying 84 receptions for 1,221 yards and six scores. Over the past two seasons combined, his production has been impressive: 107 catches for 1,654 yards and eight touchdowns, with back-to-back trips to the College Football Semifinals.

So, what makes Wallace stand out? He's a leggy, long-strider who thrives in contested situations, showing little fear when working into traffic and battling for 50/50 throws. His ability to produce in high-pressure games at two major programs speaks volumes about his composure. However, scouts note he's somewhat of a one-trick player at this stage. He struggles at times to beat press coverage and uncover over the first two levels, which could limit his immediate impact at the pro level. His route tree isn't the most diverse, but his role as a possession slot receiver with zone-beating talent could be his ticket to success.

With the Cardinals already adding Kendrick Bourne through free agency and drafting Reggie Virgil, the competition for roster spots will be fierce. But Wallace has proven he can play—and excel—in big games for big programs. If he can refine his game and carve out a niche as a reliable slot option, he could be a valuable addition to Arizona's receiving corps this season.
