The 2026 Las Vegas Raiders season is officially on the horizon, and with the full schedule now released, it’s time to break down each matchup and forecast just how many wins the Silver and Black can rack up. From potential trap games to rivalry rematches, here’s our game-by-game prediction for the Raiders' upcoming campaign.

Week 1 kicks off with a trip to Miami, and the Dolphins are already eyeing the future. Having moved on from Tua Tagovailoa, Miami appears to be in full "tank for a top QB" mode for the 2027 NFL Draft. The Raiders should have no trouble helping the Dolphins start that journey on a losing note. Expect a strong start for Vegas.

Week 2 brings a divisional clash with the Los Angeles Chargers. The injury bug has historically plagued the Chargers, but catching them early in the season means they’ll likely be relatively healthy. This will be a tough test for the Raiders, and the Bolts’ firepower could edge out a win in a close one.

Week 3 sees the Raiders host the New Orleans Saints. There’s genuine buzz around the Saints after they won four of their last five games in 2025, fueled by second-round QB Tyler Shough and new draft pick Jordyn Tyson. This is also one of three games where Raiders offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak faces a former team, but this matchup looks like the most winnable for Vegas.

Week 4 is a showdown with the Kansas City Chiefs. The Chiefs had a down season by their standards, but with Patrick Mahomes under center and Andy Reid calling plays, a bounce-back is almost certain. This is a likely loss for the Raiders against a perennial powerhouse.

Week 5 pits the Raiders against the New England Patriots. The Pats made a surprising Super Bowl run last year, but their easy schedule made them look like paper tigers—and the Seahawks exposed them in the playoffs. Now, with the Mike Vrabel distraction looming, New England could be in for a serious tumble. The Raiders can capitalize here.

Week 6 is a road game against the Buffalo Bills. Buffalo has been a double-digit win playoff team for seven straight seasons and has dominated the AFC East. The Raiders simply aren’t at that level yet, and the Bills’ talent will be too much to handle.

Week 7 brings the Los Angeles Rams to town. The Rams are loading up for one more run with 38-year-old Matt Stafford, who is coming off an incredible season. With his contract expiring, this could be a last-ditch effort for a Lombardi Trophy. The Rams will be a tough out, even at home.

As the season progresses, the Raiders will need to navigate injuries, divisional battles, and a schedule that offers both opportunities and landmines. With a mix of winnable games and daunting challenges, Vegas looks poised for a competitive but rebuilding year. Stay tuned for the full season breakdown and final win-loss prediction.
