Neither Mike Tomlin nor Justin Fields is a part of the Pittsburgh Steelers or the future of the organization, but that hasn't stopped the former head coach-quarterback duo from reuniting.
Tomlin, who coached Fields during the 2024 season, was spotted catching up with the former Steelers quarterback during on a golf course, with footage provided by the Bussin' With The Boys podcast from Barstool Sports.

In 2024, Fields infamously led the Steelers to a fantastic 4-2 start before being benched in favor of Russell Wilson, who was returning from injury.
In January 2026, Tomlin shocked the NFL and stepped down as head coach of the Steelers following a successful 19-year stint in Pittsburgh.
Both men have a bright future ahead of them, with Fields potentially set to take over early QB1 duties with the Kansas City Chiefs while Patrick Mahomes recovers from a torn ACL and LCL, while Tomlin has a new job at NBC as a sports analyst.
