Another former Michigan State football product has heard his name get called in the 2026 NFL Draft, right after the Ravens selected Zion Young, Germie Bernard was selected by the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Bernard, who the Steelers selected with the 47th pick in the second round of the NFL Draft, is a 6-foot-1 and 205 pound wide receiver that started his career at Michigan State. A member of the 2022 recruiting class, Bernard caught seven passes for 128 yards and two touchdowns for the Spartans in his true freshman season. Following that year, he transferred to Washington for one year before spending his last two years at Alabama.

After trading up, the Steelers get a receiver: It's Alabama's Germie Bernard at No. 47.
